Dealing With Your Fear

Best way to overcome fear is to realize that you are not alone.

Everyone is always afraid of something and it's okay.

It's completely 100% normal to have doubts, to second-guess, but if fear paralyzed you, gives you anxiety or prevents you from LIVING it is time to kick that fear to the curb...


🤔 I suggest to start gentle - say to yourself "I am not afraid!". Make it your daily affirmation, say it out loud every morning when you wake up and each night before you go to bed. Say it out loud and feel the courage rise in your heart..

And then take ACTION!

No matter how scared you are just do something, don't stay paralyzed.

And by doing, not waiting for it to pass -- you will kill it! Harry VS Voldemort style.

Only in Harry Potter's case it took him 7 books to do it and for you it is just 2 steps

(1. Self-empowerment + 2. Action!)

Don't be a slave to your fears. Don't let it put your life on hold. Do that one imperfect action and watch as it changes your life. You can do it! I believe in you

[DAY 5] Treat Yourself

I keep on seeing this statement everywhere: on Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook...

Honestly it is everywhere and I love it!

Because to heal our love we truly, really need to to treat ourselves.

Our love lives in our heart ❤️, it lives in our body 💪, it is in our soul🦋, and in every part of our being.

So by being kind to ourselves and treating ourselves, in a way, we are are also treating the love within us...

🌿 [DAY4]

Yesterday we experienced a new flow of self-love enter our life in abundance.

So now it's perfect time to let go of things and people who no longer serve us.

What does it mean? It means that anything and anyone who affects us in a negative way, holds us back, and/or is destructive to us and our life has to be parted with. In my coaching practice I call this "spiritual detox".
